Regional Service Manager (m/f/d)

As a technology leader, we are at the forefront of the development, manufacture and distribution of state-of-the-art vending machines and reverse vending systems. Ihre Aufgaben / Your responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Service Engineers
  • Manage day-to-day service operations, including reactive and planned maintenance activities
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and customer performance targets are consistently achieved
  • Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture across all field operations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and training as the team continues to grow
  • Use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support the roll-out of new sites and the expansion of the reverse vending machine (RVM) network

Ihr Profil / Your profile:

  • Proven experience managing field-based engineering or service teams
  • Strong operational and people leadership skills
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in fast-growing or change-driven organisations is highly desirable
  • A technical or engineering background (electrical, mechanical, automation or similar) is preferred
  • A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with engineers, customers and senior stakeholders
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region and across the UK
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in analysing, interpreting and reporting on performance data
