To strengthen our team in the UK we are searching for a
Sales Manager UK (m/w/d)
Within this role, you will be responsible for the sustainable yet progressive development and establishment of the sales and marketing for our reverse vending solutions within the UK.
Your tasks:
- Assessment and clarification of relevant product and service requirements in the UK
- Building Collecting market and sales data, identifying current and future opportunities and understanding the competitive landscape
- Responsible for the realization of the go to market strategy
- Promoting Sielaff solutions to all relevant customers
- Establishing and maintaining effective and substantial relationship with relevant stakeholders & customers
- Building up and creating a substantial business in the Reverse Vending and other industries in the UK
- Managing the customers, from evaluation to productization Structuring, negotiating and concluding contracts with customers and business partner
- Preparation of sales pipeline as well as continuous econciliation with relevant departments
Your qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in different business areas, e.g. business development, sales, key account management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, including capability to present effectively to C-Level
- Competent, courageous sales manager with maturity to maintain focus challenging environments
- Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree preferred
- Highly motivated with regards to travel
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages is beneficial
- Entrepreneurial thinking and inventive spirit with hands-on motivation
- Network within retail companies is beneficial
