To strengthen our team we are searching for a

Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) south-western Europe RVM (Reverse Vending Machines) 

The Regional Sales Manager south-western Europe is responsible for the sustainable yet progressive development and establishment of the sales and marketing for our reserve vending solutions wihin the region.

Your tasks:

  • Assessment and clarification of relevant product and service requirements in the region
  • Collecting market and sales data, identifying current and future opportunities and understanding the competitive landscape
  • Responsible for the realization of the go to market strategy
  • Establishing and qualification of sales and service partners within the region
  • Promoting Sielaff solutions to all relevant customers an building up a substantial business in the region
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationship with all stakeholders & customers
  • Managing the customers and business partners, from evaluation to productization
  • Preparation and conducting sales presentations
  • Structuring, negotiating and concluding contracts with customers and business partners
  • Preparation of sales pipeline as well as continuous reconciliation with relevant departments
  • Be a bridge between the headquarter and the customers in the region
  • Assisting our marketing team with understanding the market trends that influence our customers
  • Close coordination between product management, marketing and service to seamlessly integrate the local requirements into the product and service portfolio

Your qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in different business areas, e.g. business development, sales or key account management
  • Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including capability to present effectively to senior leadership inside and outside
  • Moderation, coaching and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages is beneficial
  • Highly motivated with regards to travel
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and inventive spirit with hands-on motivation
  • Highly motivated and ability to work in a team
  • Social and communicative competence
  • High willingness to travel nationally and internationally
